Empowered Women: Portraits With Purpose

The Empowered Women Photography Project was created to celebrate women — their confidence, strength, resilience and individuality — while helping support a cause close to our hearts.

Through this project, Studio1000 proudly supports the McGrath Foundation, helping raise funds for specialist breast care nurses who provide care and guidance to people and families affected by breast cancer.

Celebrating Women at Every Stage of Life

Every woman who steps in front of the camera brings her own story.

Some are celebrating a milestone.

Some are rebuilding confidence after illness, motherhood, weight loss, change or challenge.
Some simply decide it is finally time to do something for themselves.

The Empowered Women Project gives women permission to be seen, celebrated and photographed in a way that feels strong, elegant and personal.

Why the McGrath Foundation Matters to Us

Breast cancer touches so many lives.

For the people navigating diagnosis, treatment and recovery, specialist support can make an enormous difference.

The McGrath Foundation helps fund breast care nurses who provide practical, emotional and clinical support to patients and their families.

At Studio1000, we are proud to contribute to that work through the Empowered Women Photography Project.

To date, the project has helped raise over $20,000 for the McGrath Foundation.
